Why We Built This Site
Arkansas makes many court and sheriff records open to the public, yet no single public database gives a final answer for every Washington County warrant. Circuit Court records are kept by the Circuit Clerk. District court departments maintain their traffic, misdemeanor, ordinance, and failure-to-appear cases. The Sheriff's Office keeps its own operational warrant index and service records, while Fayetteville also offers a separate city search. ACIC and NCIC are restricted law-enforcement systems. This site brings the verified public routes together so a reader can identify the issuing office, use the right search or phone line, and confirm the result with the custodian.
What You Will Find Here

- Missed court dates: why bench warrants arise and which Washington County district court department holds the case
- Charge-based warrants: how arrest warrants are issued by Arkansas courts and served in Washington County
- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, not an Arkansas court, sheriff's office, police department, or state agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party companies power search boxes on some pages. They control their products, prices, data practices, and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this website. The provider's output is never an official Washington County warrant check, and it must be confirmed through the court or Sheriff's Office.
